Dr Eu Nice Neo is appointed at the Royal Adelaide Hospital as a staff specialist and consults out of Ashford Hospital and Flinders Private Hospital.

Eu Nice graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1998 and very early on decided on a surgical career by commencing basic surgical training with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons after an internship year at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

She obtained a Master of Surgery in 2007 and completed general surgical training in 2015 after gaining extensive experience in various metropolitan hospitals in Adelaide as well as a country rotation in Mount Gambier. After gaining her General Surgery Fellowship, she went on to further subspecialty training in Upper GI and Hepatobiliary surgery at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Trauma and Surgical Oncology at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and Liver Transplantation at Flinders Medical Centre.

Dr Neo commenced her consultant position at the Royal Adelaide Hospital in 2019 and practices as a true generalist. She is skilled in abdominal operations including appendicectomy, cholecystectomy, colonic resections, inguinal hernia repair (open and laparoscopic) and incisional/umbilical/femoral hernia repair. She believes that no surgical procedure is too minor and is happy to perform ingrown toenail surgery, vasectomy, haemorrhoidectomy, and skin lesions. She also has GESA accreditation to perform endoscopies and colonoscopies.
